Jill's 40 minute classes focus on connecting breath with movement to reduce stress and anxiety. This form of yoga moves in a slower pace and is low impactNo experience required. All levels welcome. Completely virtual.

WHEN:

Every Wednesday at 7:00PM EDT on Zoom.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Mat

  • Towel

  • Comfortable clothing
