Jill's 40 minute classes focus on connecting breath with movement to offset stress and tension that builds up in our bodies. Jill This form of yoga moves in a slower pace and is low impactNo experience required. All levels welcome. Completely virtual.

Wednesdays at 7:00PM - 7:40PM EST via Google Meet

INVESTMENT:

  • $10 per class, or $30 per month
